The full name of the molded pallet is plant fiber molded flat pallet. It uses waste wood and other materials as raw materials. Through professional equipment, the raw materials are screened, crushed, filtered, dried, and mixed with glue, then molded in one piece under high temperature and high pressure using specific molds. The surface of the molded pallet board is flat, and the lower surface is provided with reinforcing ribs. The board has balanced vertical and horizontal stress, which can meet the transportation needs of various goods. Molded pallets are green, low-carbon and environmentally friendly products that can be 100% recycled. During the production process, the molded pallets have undergone high-temperature and high-pressure treatment at 200℃ and 160℃, meeting the standards for quarantine and pest elimination, and satisfying the international export requirements of ISPM 15.
